The SCR Association’s Activities Department uses funding provided by the Foundation to hire speakers to make presentations each quarter in the Ballroom. Topics are chosen that are of general interest or of special interest to seniors.
Presentations are held on Monday afternoons from 1:00-3:00PM in the Timber Creek Ballroom. Tickets to each of these events is a modest $5 which covers the costs of making the arrangements, promoting the event, and knowing how the ballroom will be configured to accommodate the attendees.
Before each such Foundation-sponsored event, a promotional flyer will appear in this space. So, keep an eye on this page for details of the next Speaker Series event!
