The organizations listed below can help you to assess what type of assistance you may need.  They can educate you on the various lifestyle options that most closely fit your unique needs.  If you choose to remain in your home, they can refer you to licensed and bonded in-home care agencies.  If after a consultation you would like to consider relocation, some of the organizations listed below will offer to take you on a tour of prospective living communities.  There is no fee to the client for the evaluation and tour.  If you do select your preferred community, the agencies below will receive a referral fee from that community.
