Individual Care

This program provides for short term care for single residents and/or full time caregivers with a recent serious illness or injury, until they can regain the ability to care for themselves or arrange more permanent care. 
This is limited to a maximum of 40 hours per year. 
The program is administered by the Sunshine Services Group and funded by the Foundation with a small co-pay by the resident.
